Rusty Frames

Rusty Frames is the music of Dave Boyack (Rusty) a singer/ songwriter/ multi instrumentalist based out of Palmy North, New Zealand. Exploring the realities of life and relationships, Rusty put’s a unique rawness and authenticity into his music. Sometimes comic, sometimes wrenching, but always grounded in simplicity, honesty and a whole lot of love.

I went into the studio with Rusty in 2020 to help record his first EP which was a lot of fun and sounded great. We also did an interesting live to air and a number of gigs together along with other talented muso’s Amelia Shadbolt, Danielle Grove and Nic Mason.

The first single from the EP session is Red Wine, a solo number but it is very much watch this space with Rusty Frames.
